Position Overview

We are seeking 40 temporary full-time Roof Helpers to join our team in Cheyenne, WY, from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. This position plays a key role in assisting roofers, supporting the installation of insulated metal panels, and ensuring job site cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist roofers by handling, supplying, or positioning materials and tools.
• Perform light carpentry tasks in preparation for roofing work.
• Prepare insulated metal panels & trims for installation by removing protective materials, applying caulking, and cutting as necessary.
• Install fiberglass insulation before metal panel installation.
• Remove waste and debris, keeping the worksite clean and safe.
• Operate within temperature extremes, windy conditions, and at heights.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs for 25 yards repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Adhere to Sure Steel’s strict safety standards and protocols.
• Some weekend work may be required.
