Customer Service Associate: Job Description
SureHands is dedicated to maintaining the dignity and freedom of mobility challenged individuals (spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, MS, ALS, etc) through our individually tailored lift and transfer solutions. Rapidly growing, we are seeking a goal-oriented Customer Service to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support front office sales, service teams through distributing leads, generating quotes, other sales pipeline activities
- Interacts with clients and partners via telephone, email, and chat to provide support and information on products and services
- Field customer questions and complaints; when issue is beyond representatives knowledge, forwards to management and/or assigned specialist
- Maintain customer account records via CRM program
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Can-do / Solution oriented attitude
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Ownership of our Customer’s needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new software (Salesforce experience a plus!)
- Demonstrates aptitude for critical thinking in solving problems large and small
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- Experience with detail oriented work
- High volume helpful but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
