Power Apps Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and manage applications on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on building Enterprise Risk Management solutions, automating workflows, and optimizing application performance. Candidates should have a strong Power Apps development background (not Power BI) and experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps applications to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Design user-friendly UI/UX and ensure scalability and security.
• Implement workflow automation, access controls, and audit trails.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build tailored solutions.
• Maintain and document development processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Required Skills:

✅ 5-7 years of experience in Power Apps development
✅ Expertise in Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power FX
✅ Experience with SQL, relational databases, API integrations, and custom connectors
✅ Strong understanding of security, role-based access, audit trails, and compliance
✅ Knowledge of Canvas & Model-driven apps, Microsoft Flow, and Cloud solutions
✅ Ability to build interactive dashboards and workflow management systems

Preferred Skills:

➕ Microsoft Power Apps Developer Certification
➕ Experience in banking or risk management applications
➕ Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Azure Services
➕ Understanding of Power Virtual Agents and AI-driven automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.72 - $62.00 per hour
