Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office organization.
- Handle office supplies, correspondence, and digital/physical file management.
- Assist with event and meeting coordination, including company gatherings and team events.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and run office-related errands.
- Support finance by receiving, printing, and obtaining approval for invoices and receipts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Track company vehicles, including insurance, registration, and maintenance.
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for team members.
