SURESTAFF is immediately hiring General Operator for a client in Wylie, TX. . The General Operator will take a hands-on role in the production of liquid-applied and sprayable duct sealants, industrial grade duct tape, and other liquid waterproofing and insulation barrier products.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19.20 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include 4am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Job Duties of the General Operator :
- Adhere to all safety regulations.
- Operate production equipment and packaging equipment.
- Follow written instructions on production tickets.
- Move and prep raw materials or finished materials using a forklift or pallet jack.
- Monitor packaging materials and reload queues as necessary.
- Package and label finished products.
- Deliver waste to waste containment area.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization (5S / Lean Manufacturing).
- Other duties as assigned.
