Customer Service Representative

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a large, well-known client in Pleasant Prairie WI. As a skilled Customer Service Representative you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records up to date, preparing reports, processing debits and credits, and reconciling bank statements. Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with running accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business transactions. A strong work history with accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts is a must. Successful applicants should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a general aptitude for numbers Ultimately, we are seeking someone who will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions consistently run accurately and effectively. Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities• Tracing the data integrity of the shipments• Working on cases specific to client• POD requests• Clearing of reclamations• Communication and handling of escalations• Constantly checking of SOP’s (Statement of Procedures)• Supporting the service provider in the process of stock inventories Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications• Minimum 2 years work experience• SAP and SalesForce experience preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel• Effective verbal and written communication• Ability to work in fast paced environment• Effective management of time and multi-tasking• Ability to work independently and with others• Must display initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment• Ability to work overtime as required About Surestaff At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
