- Ensure accurate tracing of shipment data and maintain integrity\n
- Handle client-specific cases and resolve POD (Proof of Delivery) requests\n
- Address reclamations and handle escalated issues with professionalism\n
- Regularly review and adhere to SOPs (Statement of Procedures)\n
- Assist service providers with inventory management processes\n Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with OT when needed\n\n\n Pay : $18.00\n\n\n

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience\n
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel\n
- Initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing environments\n
- Willingness to work overtime as needed\n
