SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an HR Receptionist/ Coordinator for a company in Midlothian, TX. The premise of this role is to provide efficient and accurate information. Provide HR process support, which may include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing process-related guidance and information to employees. Assist HR in all aspects of the hiring process, including job postings and correspondence, applicants, and scheduling. SURESTAFF is invested in its team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $ 20.00 HR and a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 7 am- 4:30 pm Monday- Friday. HR Receptionist/ Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Booking meetings.
- Arranging couriers.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing posts.
- Maintaining employee files in digital and paper form
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries and helping resolve conflicts
- Assisting with performance management procedures
- Conducting audits to measure the success of HR programs and recommending changes
- Coordinating company-wide training efforts and seminars
- Tracking policy implementations, analyzing and reporting findings
- High school diploma; associate’s degree related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience handling office
- Bilingual
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
- Comfortable Greeting all Walk-ins and Visitors
