Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel or resort.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the hotel services, rates, and availability.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to assist guests during their stay.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is an advantage.

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
