Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, Landscaping and attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Maintenance Person will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all maintenance needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Supervise maintenance staff or contractors when necessary to ensure quality work.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred.
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal components is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
