- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Ensure that guest satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded by maintaining high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Manage and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resolve any operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and personnel activities
Qualified Candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries or complaints
