About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workers Compensation Assistant.
You will be working closely with our Case Managers and Claim Analysts to ensure seamless communication with medical providers and injured workers.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and sending correspondence to medical providers and injured workers
- Following up on treatment requests and TENS supply needs
- Processing additional allowances and corresponding with the BWC
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical forms
