Who we are:
Surety Systems provides ERP consulting services in 20 states. We are growing and need to add to our recruiting team. We will teach you enough ERP knowledge to be dangerous, so you don’t need to be a techie today. A successful ERP recruiter will be driven to find consultants for our projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the ERP recruiter is to identify the best consultants for current projects and grow the talent pipeline for future projects.
Education Needed:
Bachelor’s Degree
Work experience needed:
1 year of post-college experience (Doesn’t have to be in recruiting)

Strong attention to detail and well-organized
Great attitude and willingness to learn
“Do what it takes” personality
Methodical and speed-oriented
Comfortable sticking to a tight schedule and occasionally telling people “No”
Comfortable communicating over the phone
Responsibilities:
Become well-versed in the technologies responsible to recruit for
Proactively communicate with potential consultants
Develop relationships with primary/go-to consultants
Screen candidates based on technical skills and personality traits
Conduct interviews via phone
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Conduct reference checks

$45-60k Base Bonuses (based on experience)
