Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring property maintenance and cleanliness, coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, and implementing efficiency processes. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
