Surf Thru Express Car Wash is looking for a positive, upbeat Administrative Specialist interested in working for a fast-growing company.
The Administrative Specialist facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The position requires an individual extremely motivated to succeed.
This is an onsite role. Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bakersfield, CA 93311 before starting work (Required).
As part of our Team, your duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative support including data collection, data entry, data submission, and report generation.
- Manage multiple, competing priorities successfully with guidance.
- Conduct all functions in accordance with Company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Manage office equipment and supplies, ordering new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Manage projects or contribute to committee or teamwork.
- Ensure assignments are complete, accurate, maintained according to practice guidelines, and audit ready.
- Proactively perform and anticipate administrative needs.
- Practice corporate and personal integrity at the highest level.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. Postsecondary education a plus.
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Stellar time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
