Surfing Crab Escondido is a full service seafood restaurant and is looking for a full/part time Server to work. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an excellent experience
- Take orders, pay out of pocket, and process payments
- Answer phones and respond to complaints
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Check in and out of clients, greet each guest upon arrival
- Coordinate food and beverage orders with the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly station
- Attend to client needs and respond to complaints
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Maintain professional appearance and attitude
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Server
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts
