We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Insurance Verification Specialist . The Insurance Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying dental benefits for 3 office locations and ensuring clarity of insurance coverage information for patients and timely communication with insurance providers. Key responsibilities for the position are verification of patient dental benefits prior to scheduled appointments, notification of all coverage updates and/or termed policies, and serving as the primary point of contact for all insurance/billing related questions from patients and staff. Qualifications: Previous experience in dental insurance verification, knowledge of dental terminology, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently to confirm patient insurance eligibility.
