Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Community Association Manager at Surfside Realty Company in Surfside Beach, SC. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations, working closely with HOA board members and volunteers. This role is responsible for facilitating meetings, coordinating maintenance and repair services, resolving community issues, providing guidance and direction to HOA boards, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of homeowner association laws and regulations
