ABOUT : Small “Soft Collections” company located on the 5th floor, have been in business over 15 years, they work on “projects” for other clients such as hospitals etc. to try and resolve payment issues with the clients in a very nonaggressive non-confrontational manner after transferring them to another company.
JOB DESCRIPTION : Making outbound calls to UPMC patients and finding out what the situation is behind not making payments, if they could start making payments, and if not then giving them another phone number for them to reach out and get it resolved via a 3rd UPMC company. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED, phone etiquette is a MUST, NOT TO BE PUSHY
