We are seeking an HR Clerk to join our clients human resources team. The HR Clerk will assist in various administrative HR functions and provide support in day-to-day operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR operations and be ready to contribute a dynamic and growing department.
Location : Bucyrus, OH 44820
Hours : Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
Wages : starts at $20-22 hourly

Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : provide general administrative assistance to the HR Team including preparing documents, filing, and data entry
- Employee Records Management : assist in maintaining accurate and up to date employee records in both physical and electronic files
- Onboarding Assistance : support the onboarding process for new employees including preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring all document is completed accurately
- Recruitment support : assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Provide logistical support for recruitment events
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements by assisting with the completion and filing of necessary hr related paperwork
- General HR Assistance : response to employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Data Entry and Reporting : assist with HR data Management including updating employee information, tracking leave, and maintaining accurate HR Reports.
- Other Duties as Assigned : perform other HR related duties as assigned
