Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for working closely with the Production Manager. The Production Supervisor will develop and maintain the department with GMP enforcement, food safety, scheduling, communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Production Supervisor will provide support to his / her coworkers, employees, and all of NHBCO Operations.
This position is responsible for directing the activities of the personnel within the production and packaging areas in a manner consistent with Company policies and procedures; federal, state and local regulations, that will ensure the most efficient and effective production of the highest quality bakery products, under the safest and most sanitary conditions possible.
