As National Business Development Specialist at Surge Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for our field sales team on a national level. Key Responsibilities:
1.Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events.
2.Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, and assessing their readiness to engage with our Sales team.
3.Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, providing valuable information, and addressing their inquiries.
4.Meeting Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments and product demonstrations for our Sales team with qualified leads.
5.Sales Collateral: Effectively utilize sales collateral and materials to convey our value proposition to prospects.
6.CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads and interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
7.Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and progress to the Senior Account Manager and President of the company.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or a related field preferred.
2.Sales Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in persuasive conversations.
3.Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
4.Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new strategies and techniques in a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.
5.Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team to achieve common goals.
6.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
