About the Role
The Closure Manufacturing Specialist primary role is coordinating with SEC closure customers by providing technical support with capping equipment. This role also oversees compression-molding processes within SEC plant facilities to ensure safe, quality and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet applicable quality standards.
- Assist with configuring full closure line setups involving multiple pieces of equipment.
- Support equipment installations, training programs, and start-up activities within the plant.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plant personnel on all aspects of closure equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of compression molding and capping equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
