What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd shift Production Supervisor position at Surge?
-Wooster, OH
-2nd shift (4:00pm-12:30am). Monday- Friday
-$30-38 an hour
-Oversees a total of 3 machines and average of 8-10 employees.

Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a
safe working record and environment
o Completion of shift production and reporting
paperwork
o Immediately communicate unsafe conditions,
acts or injuries to Production Manager
o Meet ADS and AASHTO quality specifications for
all products produced
o Assist with Preventive Maintenance program as
required
o Meet wired plant compliance metrics
o Practice proper forklif t operation and preventive
maintenance
o Adhere to ADS product sampling schedule
o Meet or exceed facility housekeeping
expectations
o Daily allocation and management of available
resources to accomplish the shif t’s assigned
production duties
o Maintain and build job skills through company
training programs
o Meet or exceed standard production ef f iciencies
on all production lines
o Ensure that all employees on his/her shif t are
properly trained in the areas of safety and quality
as well as all job functions
o Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems
and perform repairs and adjustments to meet
production needs as required
o Expedite product changeovers in an ef f icient
manner
o Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES
