Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (Flexible schedule required) 6am until finish

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Track employee hours and performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Coordinate workflow and labor allocation to meet shipping schedules, rework projects, and inventory cycle counts.
- Oversee the unloading, staging, and storage of inbound freight, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipment of outbound products to meet customer expectations.
- Train and mentor warehouse employees on safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to streamline processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, preferably a stand-up forklift (certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, reports, and warehouse instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must have flexible schedule availability to accommodate warehouse needs.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Work in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
