Hours- M-F, 7am-4pm
Position Overview
In the business development role, you are responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the products and services offered, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Essential Job Functions
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs, and how those needs could be met by specific products and services
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and terms
- Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
- Maintain customer records
- Identify prospective customers
