HR Clerk

We are seeking an HR Clerk to join our clients human resources team. The HR Clerk will assist in various administrative HR functions and provide support in day-to-day operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR operations and be ready to contribute a dynamic and growing department.

Location: Bucyrus, OH 44820

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

Wages: starts at $20-22 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: provide general administrative assistance to the HR Team including preparing documents, filing, and data entry
• Employee Records Management: assist in maintaining accurate and up to date employee records in both physical and electronic files
• Onboarding Assistance: support the onboarding process for new employees including preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring all document is completed accurately
• Recruitment support: assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Provide logistical support for recruitment events
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements by assisting with the completion and filing of necessary hr related paperwork
• General HR Assistance: response to employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Data Entry and Reporting: assist with HR data Management including updating employee information, tracking leave, and maintaining accurate HR Reports. 
• Other Duties as Assigned: perform other HR related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: prior experience in an administrative or HR role
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft office suite. 

Salary : $20 - $22
