Job Title: Quality Inspector
Multiple shift 1st 6am-2pm M-F , 2nd Shift 2:30pm -11:00pm $22-$24
Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspection and testing procedures. This role plays a key part in the production process, identifying defects or deviations from specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Perform measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, and inputting data into quality databases.

Identify non-conformities and collaborate with production staff to address issues.

Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and efficiency.
