Job Description:
We are urgently seeking 1-2 Temporary Recruiters to support our team for a 3-6 month assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We are hiring for two specific roles: one for Sales Recruiting and one for Hourly/Shared Services Recruiting. This is a fully remote position, and we are open to candidates from any time zone, as long as they can accommodate national recruitment hours.
Due to the urgency of this request, we are flexible on the bill rate for the right candidates. Our full-time recruiters are typically in the $80K salary range, and we are willing to offer competitive rates based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Recruiter:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs
- Manage job postings, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Hourly/Shared Services Recruiter:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for hourly and shared services roles across various departments
- Screen, interview, and manage the hiring process for high-volume positions
- Manage job postings, recruitment platforms, and track applicants
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements and timelines

Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress

Handle national recruitment efforts while adjusting to various time zones as needed

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process

Demonstrate flexibility and urgency in meeting hiring needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting (sales recruiting experience for one role and hourly/shared services for the other)
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively across different time zones
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, etc.)
- Ability to work with urgency and handle high-volume recruitment tasks
- Familiarity with national recruitment needs and accommodating different time zones for scheduling and outreach
