JOB TITLE: Receptionist and Referral Coordinator
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This is a customer service position with responsibilities in our Optical Shop and the referral process. Provides support to the Optical Manager assuring a smooth departmental work flow. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as greeting Optical customers, answering the phone and routing incoming calls, checking cases in and sending cases out. This position is responsible for scheduling clinic patients via referrals we receive from outside providers and following up on referrals we have sent out to providers, diagnostic centers, etc.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Customer service, administrative and clerical responsibilities. Oversees the entire referral process.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required. Two or more years of administrative experience required.
