HR Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and talent management. This position requires a proactive approach to support our workforce and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Duties

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
• Processing payroll.
• Manage performance management processes to ensure employee development and engagement.
• Conduct data entry for employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and developing training programs.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support talent management initiatives by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or related field.
• 2 years experience in a supervisory or management position, preferred
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration.
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
