Job Summary

Duties
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
- Processing payroll.
- Manage performance management processes to ensure employee development and engagement.
- Conduct data entry for employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and developing training programs.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support talent management initiatives by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or related field.
- 2 years experience in a supervisory or management position, preferred
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
