Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary:
Surgical Science brings world-class simulators to physicians across the globe. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our logistical procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. You will monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity, ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly and meet our high standards.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customer queries related to deliveries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate responses. You will work closely with product managers, sales teams, and customer service representatives to develop and implement logistics plans that support our North American operations.
Your understanding of our products, personnel roles, and events will be crucial in assembling effective logistics plans. You will apply this knowledge to coordinate with various departments, ensuring that all logistical needs are met and that our operations are aligned with company goals.
Salary will commensurate based on experience and the meeting of applicable qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience with logistics preferred.
- Careful attention to details.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Ability to manage many projects at one time.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Computer skills, including MS Office products.
- Exhibit/event industry knowledge.
