Surjet Charter is a leading Part 135 operator specializing in the management and operation of large-cabin aircraft. We provide world-class service to aircraft owners and VIP clients, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and meticulous attention to detail.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced VIP Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners and VIP client representatives. This role requires aviation industry experience, particularly with large-cabin aircraft, and a strong background in client relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and aviation professionals while ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary liaison between aircraft owners, their representatives, and internal company departments.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts , ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
  • Coordinate flight operations, maintenance schedules, and financial reporting on behalf of owners.
  • Work closely with the VIP charter and flight operations teams to accommodate special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Proactively address client concerns, anticipate needs, and provide strategic solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Represent the company professionally in high-level client interactions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in aviation, preferably within a Part 135 operation.
  • Strong knowledge of large-cabin aircraft operations and owner expectations.
  • Experience working with aircraft owners, family offices, and VIP client representatives.
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (mix of remote and in-office work).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in aviation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
