Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between aircraft owners, their representatives, and internal company departments.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
- Coordinate flight operations, maintenance schedules, and financial reporting on behalf of owners.
- Work closely with the VIP charter and flight operations teams to accommodate special requests.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Proactively address client concerns, anticipate needs, and provide strategic solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and service agreements.
- Represent the company professionally in high-level client interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in aviation, preferably within a Part 135 operation.
- Strong knowledge of large-cabin aircraft operations and owner expectations.
- Experience working with aircraft owners, family offices, and VIP client representatives.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (mix of remote and in-office work).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in aviation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
