We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our post office in Hollywood, FL. We have an open position for a candidate with or without experience, but with a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Google programs, spreadsheet management, and social media utilization would be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Receive and process orders at the post office
- Offer and sell products available at the post office, such as stationery and gifts
- Provide a high level of customer service by offering professional consultations and recommendations
- Work with Google programs and spreadsheets to effectively manage orders and inventory
- Actively promote products and services through social media and other communication channels
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to communicate with customers in different languages
