Summary
In the role of SMT Inspection on the B-Shift, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, focusing on surface mount technology and assembly. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of assembled products through automated optical inspection and adherence to IPC 610 standards. Your core skills in soldering, schematics, and electrical wiring will be essential, while your premium knowledge of PCB and programmable logic controllers will enhance your effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities
The SMT Inspector is responsible for reviewing the defective call outs of the 3D AOI to determine if the call out is defective or acceptable as well as manually inspect the PCBA's for IPC defects. This position will also be required to touch-up defective locations using a soldering iron.
Shift: B, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (20% Shift Differential)
Job Requirements
· Experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in an electronics manufacturing and assembly environment a plus.
· Ability to read and follow written instructions, listen and follow verbal instructions.
· Must be reliable and punctual, in regard to attendance.
· Desire to learn and ability to learn quickly.
· Good attention to detail and overall desire to do a good job.
· Excellent manual dexterity and hand eye coordination.
· Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
