Job Summary
This role carries out a range of warehouse duties to effectively manage the receipt, storage, selection, packaging, loading and shipping of products to customers and service stations. This role also
leads, as necessary, the work allocation for a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring processes and
standards are met. These processes are at the heart of the customer fulfilment and are focused on

Duties and responsibilities
• Leads work allocation, as needed, for a team of people performing warehouse duties to deliver a
range of warehouse tasks and ensures all goods and supplies are stored and recorded following.

• Provides operational support by performing and leading a range of stock receipt, storage,
selection, packaging, loading and shipping activities to meet warehouse workload requirements,

authorisation from a manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure
• Provides on-job process, standards and safety training to all front-line warehouse operatives
