* Provide internal and external customers with accurate and complete information
* Handle highly escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and positivity
* Utilize multiple applications and programs to solve problems and document actions taken

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with Dynamics AX, STORIS, and/or ticketing systems is a plus. You should be flexible, adaptable to change, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment where quick reaction time and problem-solving are critical to success.
