Position Overview

In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers—architects, designers, procurement firms, hotel buying groups, and management companies—find the perfect solutions for their needs. Whether you're managing existing accounts or pioneering relationships with new customers, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment. What You’ll Do:
- Become a Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our diverse product offerings across all brands.
- Build Relationships: Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Provide valuable solutions and exceed their expectations.
- Drive Sales: Make daily outreach to both new and existing clients via phone and email to generate sales and grow customer relationships.
- Consult and Advise: Offer tailored product solutions, substitutions, and recommendations based on client needs.
- Travel Opportunities: Attend up to two trade shows a year to showcase our products and network with industry leaders.
- Data-Driven: Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and optimize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Hospitality/Contract support teams and the field sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer issues and elevate concerns as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least one year of sales experience, or transferable skills from Design or Retail.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and establishing new business relationships.
- Growth Mindset: Strong desire to develop interpersonal skills and grow within the company.
- Resilience: Able to handle objections and stay focused on achieving goals.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the Surya brand and products.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office 365; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Location: This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate headquarters in White, GA.
