Company Description

Susan’s Special Needs, carries a wide range of products including more than 2,000 wigs, turbans, hats, many different styles of breast forms, bras and swimsuits with mastectomy pockets and a line of products to accommodate the needs of women experiencing menopause. We have pajamas, tank tops and lounging wear for hot flashes, a line of skin care products designed by a group of oncologists to meet the needs of women undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment, non-metallic deodorant and specially formulated shampoo.

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
