Job Descriptions:

• Deliver the exceptional restaurant experiences with making all menu items with attention to details and craftmanship within given amount of times.
• Ensure the smooth, efficient and consistent operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain the highest standard of food quality and exceptional dining experience for customers.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staffs in the fast-paced work environments.
• Adhere to established highest standard of health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage food inventory and orders to minimize waste.
• Handle kitchen equipment and appliances properly and cleanly.
• Sanitize work areas during and after shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must have proven experience as Sushi Chef
• Must be knowledgeable in Japanese Sushi Cuisine and obtain strong knife skills.
• Must be punctual and sharp.
• Must possess the highest standard of restaurant safety, hygiene and sanitation.
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to perform daily routine with consistency and professional mindset.
• Must be a team player who can influence positively to other staffs and customers.
• Must be able to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to lift items up 10 to 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms in front of body, lift, twist, crouch occasionally throughout shifts.

Wage:

• Starting pay: $60K-80K DOE with performance incentives.
