Sushi by Bou is seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll foster strong team collaboration, enhance the customer experience, and contribute to the growth and success of the brand.
Compensation : $1500 - $1800 per week, depending on experience
Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory levels for a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
- Prepare all types of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, & handrolls
- Attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality control
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
