Sushi Friends Hashi blends the cozy, lively atmosphere of a traditional izakaya with subtle Korean flavors, offering an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. "Hashi" which stands for the word "chopticks" in Japanese, is incorporated into our brand to make sure each and every individual's unique experience starts from their chopticks.

From sizzling yakitori and mouthwatering Japanese Izakaya-inspired small plates to handcrafted high-quality sushi , our menu is designed to excite the senses. Paired with our bold and flavorful dishes, our full service bar invites you to try our carefully curated drinks as well. Currently we are hiring:

• Assistant Managers - We are looking for a dedicated, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure an unforgettable dining experience

* Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Support hiring, training, and managing staff to maintain a high level of hospitality
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain food and drink quality standards
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and operational tasks
• Monitor and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture and lead by example
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in marketing efforts, promotions, and special events

• Bartenders - We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to bring the spirit of an izakaya to life behind the bar

* Responsibilities

• Craft innovative cocktails inspired by both traditional Japanese and American flavors, using fresh ingredients and premium spirits
• Serve a variety of sake, soju, Japanese whisky, and beer with expert knowledge and recommendations
• Provide engaging, friendly, and efficient service to create a memorable guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and fresh
• Follow all liquor laws, safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the izakaya’s fast-paced, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere

• Servers - We are looking for passionate servers with previous serving/restaurant experience

* Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and create a warm, welcoming environment
• Take orders, make recommendations, and expertly pair food with drinks
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
• Engage with guests to ensure an enjoyable and authentic izakaya experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and workstations
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Assist in opening, closing, and daily service tasks

Currently we are hiring:

• Hosts - We are looking for a friendly, organized, and personable host to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk in

* Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and provide a warm, friendly welcome
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure an optimal guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with seating arrangements and table turnover during busy times
• Help create a lively, upbeat atmosphere in line with the izakaya experience

Currently we are hiring:

• Bussers - We are looking for a speedy and tactical busser to maintain the cleanliness and smooth flow of the restaurant

* Responsibilities

• Clear tables and reset them for new guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist servers by delivering food and drinks to tables
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms
• Support the kitchen and bar by ensuring plates, utensils, and glassware are properly stocked and ready for use
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a friendly and welcoming environment
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth flow of service
