Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests.
- Support the overall operation of the restaurant by assisting with food preparation and other tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or hotels, is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
