The Role
The Server’s primary responsibilities are to exemplify uncompromising hospitality with courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The Server takes orders, answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor

The Requirements
As a Server, we would love you to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to display warmth and hospitability
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine a plus
- Must have a working knowledge of Micros or any POS system
