Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist / Employee Experience Coordinator to join our collaborative team at Susquehanna. In this role, you will serve as our #1 ambassador, welcoming visitors and candidates while enhancing our workplace culture through thoughtful design and engagement initiatives.
In this role you will :
- Greet and direct visitors, answer inquiries, arrange transportation, guides guests within Susquehanna, and assist with luggage storage as needed
- Collaborate with employees to gather feedback on services and design initiatives
- Contribute to idea generation for enhancing workplace experiences
- Assist with the design and production of business cards, recruiting materials, digital displays, and other visual communications
- Answer phones, manage emails, conduct office tours, and provide general administrative assistance
- Work closely with Marketing, Recruiting, Executive Assistants, and Building Support Services
- Provide back-up support for Travel Services during high-volume period or staff absences
- Standard working hours are 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm
