Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. In this role, you will drive effective HR strategies, manage recruitment and employee relations, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent; manage full-cycle hiring, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations; update and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Benefits & Compensation: Oversee compensation programs and benefits administration, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
- Training & Development: Implement training programs to support staff development and career growth.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and manage HR software and systems efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of HR practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
