We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and support our growing practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, including administering IV sedation and anesthesia monitoring.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care instructions to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, medical history, and surgical documentation.
- Manage inventory and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Educate patients on post-operative care, medications, and recovery expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Provide emergency response care if needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in oral surgery, anesthesia, or a surgical setting preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, assistants, and administrative staff.
