Duties
- Operate roller equipment to compact asphalt, soil, or other materials during construction projects.

- Assist in digging and preparing sites for installations.
- Operate skid loaders as needed for material transport and site preparation.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly roller machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
