Position Overview

As the Infrastructure Sales Coach, you will serve as the front-line coach for our extraordinary sales teams focused on infrastructure development projects targeting public sector entities, including cities, counties, schools, states, ports, universities, and hospitals.

Your role is to guide, mentor, and empower SP sales teams nationwide, helping them strategize and execute winning approaches to secure major essential infrastructure projects. These are highly strategic, complex sales requiring deep competency, trust, perseverance, and teamwork. Success in this role demands navigating multiple stakeholders—including facilities teams, finance departments, legal teams, political entities, engineers, and contractors—each with distinct priorities and agendas.

Your mission is to develop, challenge, and support our teams to consistently achieve success, while advocating for improvements wherever necessary. This is a high-intellect, high-energy, and high-impact executive position requiring exceptional leadership, people skills, and strategic acumen.
