Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Supervise project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Utilize business process modeling and process mapping techniques to streamline workflows.
- Implement project management best practices, including program management and project implementation strategies.
- Manage project documentation using tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Project Server.
- Analyze data using SAS to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodologies.
- Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in supervising teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with business process modeling, process mapping, program management, and project implementation.
- Experience with SharePoint, SAS, Project Server, and Smartsheet is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant degree or certification in Project Management is preferred.
